Kondisi itu membuat keluarga Heni memanggil dukun beranak. Tak lama berselang, ia melahirkan seorang bayi laki-laki dalam keadaan sehat. Bayi yang lahir dengan bobot 3,4 kg dan panjang 48 cm itu merupakan anak ketiganya.
Namun dari kacamata medis, mungkinkah hal itu terjadi? Menurut dr Ivander R. Utama, F.MAS, SpOG, ibu hamil mungkin saja tidak menyadari dirinya tengah mengandung. Akan tetapi, pada umumnya itu hanya terjadi di trimester satu hingga awal atau pertengahan trimester kedua.
“Kalau sampai cukup bulan enggak sadar hamil itu sangat-sangat kecil kemungkinannya karena bayi di dalam kandungan itu enggak cuma diam aja dan jadi besar. Bayi bergerak, ada aktivitas di situ, ada perubahan-perubahan dan pasti ibunya harusnya merasakan (hamil),” ujar dr Ivander kepada Indozone saat dihubungi melalui sambungan telepon, Senin (20/7/2020).
Ditambahkan oleh dokter yang berpraktik di RSIA Bunda Jakarta itu, pada kasus Heni, bobot tubuh bayi 3,4 kg biasanya sudah masuk usia kehamilan 37-38 minggu alias cukup bulan. Artinya, kecil kemungkinan untuk Heni tidak menyadari kehamilannya.
“Tapi memang agak unik pada kasus ini karena bayinya termasuk besar 3,4 kg. Ditambah lagi katanya pada persalinan sebelumnya dia operasi caesar sebelumnya. Tapi ibu ini sudah bukan hamil yang pertama, hamil yang ketiga,” ujar dr Ivander.
Dirinya menjelaskan, ada beberapa ibu hamil yang ketika sudah memasuki masa persalinan kurang sensitif untuk merasakan sensasi kontraksi. Kontraksi tersebut bisa saja sudah terjadi sejak lama namun ibu hamil baru merasakannya persis satu jam sebelum melahirkan.
“Kadang-kadang ibu hamil suka mempersepsikan atau menganggap kontraksi itu rasanya seperti kram atau perut kencang. Padahal sebetulnya bisa saja sensasinya lain seperti sakit di pinggang atau di bagian belakang jadi enggak ngeh. Akhirnya jadi persalinannya dirasa cepet cuma satu jam,” pungkas dr Ivander.
